How do I place an order?
If you have found a product, you can add it to your shopping cart. A pop-up will then appear where you can immediately view your shopping cart. You can also view your shopping cart by clicking on the symbol at the top right of our site. When you have placed all products in the shopping cart, you can continue to order. Fill in all your details such as billing and shipping address, shipping and payment. Accept the Terms & Conditions and complete your order.
Where can I find my order number?
After completing the order you will receive an email with your order number. The order number starts with 400-... in the Netherlands and 500- in Belgium.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service. Note: an order can only be canceled free of charge if the order has not yet been shipped.
Which payment method can I use?
SB Supply offers you easy payment methods where you can pay safely and quickly from any situation. You can choose from these payment methods:
- Pay afterwards, on account (Klarna)
- Credit card
- Bank transfer

Can I buy on account as a business customer?
Yes, you can! In this case, send us an offer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why was my payment cancelled?
In this case, check whether all the details are correct and whether the limit of your credit card has been reached. If the payment is still not accepted, you can contact our customer service.
When will my order be delivered?
All items in our store that are in stock can be delivered the next day if you have ordered before 22:00 (some items have a different delivery time, this is indicated on the product page). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Sunday and delivered on Monday. More information about delivery and collection can be found here.
What are the shipping costs?
If your order value is above € 49,-, then this will be sent for free with PostNL and a signature is required upon delivery. Orders that can be sent through the letterbox are also sent with PostNL. Letterbox parcels costs € 1,99. If your order cannot go through the letterbox, your order will be delivered by PostNL. Next day delivery costs € 3.99. Read here all about shipping costs.
Where can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a link by email with the track & trace code. You can also find this code in your account. Still not sure how to track your shipment? In this case you can contact our customer service.
Why have I not received my order yet?
It can sometimes happen that an order is not delivered on the next working day. This can be for various reasons, for example because the product is not in stock. In this case you will find information about the delivery date on the product page. Unfortunately, it is also possible that there is a problem with PostNL. You can track the order via the track & trace code.
I want to return or exchange my order
We want all our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without stating reasons. Please note: The return costs to SB Supply will not be reimbursed in case of return because you are not satisfed.
I have received a wrong or defective product
SB Supply has a high delivery reliability. We do our best to send all our orders error-free, but unfortunately it can happen in exceptional situations that we have sent a wrong or defective product. Please contact us by phone, chat or email: helpdeskNL@sbsupply.eu . We kindly ask you to take a photo of the packing slip and the wrong or defective product received.
