3 ways to find your iPad model number
Option 1: Via Settings
Go to Settings, then General, then About. Tap the "Model Number" field once to reveal the A-number (e.g. A2837).
Option 2: Back of your iPad
Flip your iPad over and look for the small print near the bottom. You'll find a number starting with "A" followed by 4 digits. That is your model number.
Option 3: Original box
Check the sticker on the bottom of the original packaging. It lists the model number starting with "A", along with other product details.
