All our orders are delivered by DHL. Orders that cannot be shipped directly to your home because of their size or purchase price will be sent to a collection point, which will be communicated to you by e-mail. In addition, a tracking link will allow you to locate your package in real time.

SB Supply offers its services in all European Union member countries, and some non-member countries such as Norway and Switzerland.


All items in stock in our online store will be delivered to your home between 2 and 4 business days, if the order was placed before 10pm. Delivery times may differ depending on the items and will be indicated in the description of the item. Delivery times are an estimation only; it is possible that your delivery may be delayed by DHL for any reason. We are neither responsible nor legally bound by delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays due to customs.

Shipping costs to Corsica are €24,99 or €22,99 to a collection point for any order under €150 and €14,99 or €12,99 to a collection point for any order over €150.
For delivery to French overseas departments and territories, the delivery price depends on your location. This price will be indicated before finalizing the order.

* The prices for non-EU countries only include shipping costs. Customs duties, VAT and DHL fees must be paid by the customer. An MRN number (Movement Reference Number) will be issued by DHL. Orders over €499,00 are free of shipping costs within Switzerland. 

Integration of the Trusted Shops badge

The Trusted Shops trust badge is inserted on this page to display our Trusted Shops trust mark and all opinions collected, or to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order has been placed. When you access the Trusted Badge, the web server automatically saves a day file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the access, the amount of data transferred and the Internet service provider who made the request (access data). Below you will find information about returning orders and exchanging products. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. [1]. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us [2] of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached return form for this, but you are not obliged to do so [3]. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning a product

If you want to reurn your purchase, you can do so without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the entire order. You then have 14 days to return the product (don't forget to add the return form, it's not mandatory, but it will make the processing of your return a lot easier and faster). Products must be returned in new conditions (costs may be charged in the event of damage) and returned in the original packaging. The product must not be damaged in such a way that the functioning of the device is impaired.

Returning a hygiene product *

Items such as earplugs, headsets and breathing trainers fall under hygiene products. If the seal on this product is broken after delivery, these products may not be returned. Customers who order hygiene products will automatically receive an email about this modified return right.

Exchanging a product

It is of course possible that you may have ordered a wrong item and want to exchange it, this is of course not a problem. You can return your order with the return form to get your money back. You can then order the correct article yourself via the site. This way you'll quickly have the right product at home. After receipt of your return, the full purchase price will be refunded to you. The return costs (the shipping costs to our warehouse) are for your own account.

Received wrong product

SB Supply has a high delivery reliability. We strive to send our orders without errors, but unfortunately it can happen in exceptional situations that we have sent the wrong product. Please contact us by phone, chat or email: [email protected]We kindly ask you to take a picture of the packing slip and the incorrectly received product and send it to our e-mail. We will then solve it for you as soon as quickly as possible. Currently 99.8% of our orders are delivered flawlessly.

The return costs to SB Supply will not be reimbursed in the event of return shipments (sight return). Improper use is also not covered by the warranty, see Warranty. If you have a defective product or a warranty item, follow the warranty procedure.

Reimbursement time after a return or cancellation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Returns in the warehouse

A safe and error-free acceptance of our returns is very important to us. That is why your return shipment is opened by 2 employees at the same time and checked very carefully to prevent problems or misunderstandings. This is a policy at SB Supply to ensure the highest quality at all times.


Despite the quality of the items in our range, it is possible that you receive an item that is defective. SB Supply is at all times the first point of contact and guarantees your legal rights to an article in accordance with the expectations. In that case, we will provide you with a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We do this, depending on your item, by replacement or repair. In addition, certain products are covered by manufacturer's warranties, which may vary per product. Replacement product

When you have returned an item, you will automatically receive a replacement (if in stock).

Improper use

If the defect has fall, impact or water damage or if the item has been used improperly or the defect is within the expectation pattern with normal use of the item, you can not claim a free repair or replacement. You will then receive a non-binding quote for the costs of repair. You can then indicate whether you agree to repair for the stated amount or whether you waive further processing. In the latter case, you can get your item back. The transport costs for the return are for your own account.

Sofort Banking

Sofort banking is an online payment system based on tried and tested online banking with PIN/TAN entry for secure and fast processing of your online purchases.

What is an "instant transfer"?

Sofort banking is an innovative payment method with verified transaction security. Sofort banking was developed by Payment Network AG and is already being used in numerous online shops.

Using the secure Payment Network AG payment form, which is not accessible to retailers, Sofort banking automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account.


You simply use your online banking access data (PIN and TAN) without any additional registration. Giropay takes care of the rest.


To be able to pay with PayPal, you must have a Paypal account, which will be linked to your bank account and will allow you to make a credit or pay directly. After accepting the order, the amount is automatically deducted from the credit on your PayPal account. Paying with PayPal is very fast and extremely reliable.

By Card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express)

When you make a payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment. The transaction will then be approved and processed.

We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments, except for American Express payments, for which an additional 2% will be charged.

Bank transfer

When you choose bank transfer, please indicate the appropriate amount. This process is automated. Information on the payment amount and order number will be included in the order confirmation email. Processing time is approximately 1-2 days. Payments by bank transfer are free of charge.

Apple Pay

Apple users can also pay with Apple Pay. This only works in Safari and in combination with an Apple device.

To order a product, click on the 'Add to cart' button. If you want to order multiple products, click on the 'continue shopping' button and go to the other desired items.
