Delivery & Pick-up of a package
All our orders are delivered by DPD. Orders that cannot be shipped directly to your home because of their size or purchase price will be sent to a collection point, which will be communicated to you by e-mail. In addition, a tracking link will allow you to locate your package in real time.
SB Supply offers its services in all European Union member countries, and some non-member countries such as Norway and Switzerland.
All items in stock in our online store will be delivered to your home between 2 and 4 business days, if the order was placed before 10pm. Delivery times may differ depending on the items and will be indicated in the description of the item. Delivery times are an estimation only; it is possible that your delivery may be delayed by DPD for any reason. We are neither responsible nor legally bound by delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays due to customs.

Shipping costs to Corsica are € 24.99 or € 22.99 to a collection point for any order under € 150 and € 14.99 or € 12.99 to a collection point for any order over € 150.
For delivery to French overseas departments and territories, the delivery price depends on your location. This price will be indicated before finalizing the order.
** Delivery to countries outside Europe include shipping and customs fees. An MRN number (Movement Reference Number) is created by DPD. Orders over 499 € are delivered free of charge to Switzerland.
Integration of the Trusted Shops badge
The Trusted Shops trust badge is inserted on this page to display our Trusted Shops trust mark and all opinions collected, or to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order has been placed. These operations serve to protect our legitimate interests when balancing different interests. The Trusted Shops badge and the services attached to it are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrader Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.
When you access the Trusted Badge, the web server automatically saves a day file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the access, the amount of data transferred and the Internet service provider who made the request (access data). The access data is not evaluated and is automatically deleted at the latest eight days after the end of your visit. Further personal data will be transmitted - to Trusted Shops only - if you have opted to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order or if you have already registered for such use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
Returns and exchanges
Below you will find the necessary information to return an order, whether the product is defective, under warranty, or any other exchange.

Return terms and conditions
You have 14 days after you receive your order to return it. The cost of returning your order to SB Supply will not be refunded, unless the reason for return is our fault (for example a defective product).
Returned items must be in the best possible condition (damage costs may be charged). If possible, the original packaging must be returned aswell. Products that are too damaged and no longer usable will not be refunded.
For hygienic reasons, items such as earphones and other in-ear products cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
If the product does not suit you, whether it is an incorrect order or something else, you can simply fill out the form below in order to get a refund.
If the product received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or is under warranty, please contact our customer service department via email@example.com. SB Supply will make sure that the problem is solved as best as possible. Your return request will be processed within 72 hours or less (please do not forget to include the return form).
In the case of a defective or incorrect product upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days. As soon as you have returned the item, you will automatically receive the originally desired product (if the item is available).

If you wish to cancel an order when you have already paid for and would like a refund, please give us up to 14 days to process your cancellation request and create your credit note. The purchase price as well as the delivery costs (only those from SB Supply to you, not the return costs) will be refunded.
Despite the quality of the items we offer, it may happen that you receive a defective item. In this case, we will offer you a solution as soon as possible. You can consult the Returns & Exchanges page. SB Supply guarantees your legal rights regarding the product and its conformity to reasonable expectations by offering you the possibility to replace, repair and refund any order that does not meet these expectations. If the item is broken or damaged by water, or if its used improperly, repair or replacement will be at your expense. You will receive a free estimate for the cost of the repair. You can then let us know if you agree with the repairs at the indicated amount or if you wish to refrain from repairs. If this is the case, you will be able to get your item back. The costs associated with the return of the item will be at your expense.
Payment Methods & Secure payment
SB Supply offers practical methods that allow you to pay quickly and securely.
To be able to pay with PayPal, you must have a Paypal account, which will be linked to your bank account and will allow you to make a credit or pay directly. After accepting the order, the amount is automatically deducted from the credit on your PayPal account. Paying with PayPal is very fast and extremely reliable.
By Card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express)
When you make a payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment. The transaction will then be approved and processed.
We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments, except for American Express payments, for which an additional 2% will be charged.
When you choose bank transfer, please indicate the appropriate amount. This process is automated. Information on the payment amount and order number will be included in the order confirmation email. Processing time is approximately 1-2 days. Payments by bank transfer are free of charge.
You can chose to pay later, after receving your product, by selecting the Klarna option. For this you need to have a Klarna account set-up. Chose Klarna payment method in the check-out and proceed.
