Frequently asked questions about withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the last item in the order. It is sufficient that you send the withdrawal declaration, for example via this button, within that period.
No. You can withdraw your order without giving any reason. If you would still like to share your feedback with us, we appreciate it. It helps us improve our offering.
The easiest way is to use the withdrawal button at the top of this page. As an alternative, you can send us your withdrawal in an unambiguous statement by email, telephone (+31 13 7009793) or letter addressed to SB Supply Europe B.V., Batterij 7, 7141 JL Groenlo, Netherlands. You can also use the withdrawal form as a PDF. This is not mandatory, but it speeds up processing.
Send the goods back without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days after your withdrawal declaration, to: SB Supply Europe B.V., Batterij 7, 7141 JL Groenlo, Netherlands. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14 days expire.
As soon as we have received your package, we will transfer the amount to you as quickly as possible.
For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you. No additional charges will be applied for this.
There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once the seal has been removed. This applies in particular to:
  • Pet products (for example feed dispensers, litter trays, pet care products)
  • Headphones of any type, including in-ear, on-ear and over-ear models
  • Breathing trainers and training equipment in close contact with the body (for example Airofit)
  • Sensors or wearables in direct contact with the skin (for example adhesive sensors)
  • Other products in direct body contact that we cannot take back for hygiene reasons once opened
Once the original packaging has been opened, a return of these products is excluded, even if the product appears unused. Defective or faulty products are of course covered by our warranty terms.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, meaning you can test their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for any loss in value if this is the result of handling that goes beyond what is necessary.
For a quick exchange, we recommend the following approach: return the current order together with the return form and cancel it. In parallel, place a new order with the desired product. That way we can ship without delay, subject to stock availability.
If you have financed this order by means of a loan and you subsequently withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. If the loan has already been transferred to us, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in its relationship with you. If you would like to avoid any contractual ties as far as possible, also withdraw from the loan agreement, insofar as you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
A safe and accurate receipt of your return shipment is a high priority for us. That is why two employees open and check your return at the same time. This prevents problems or misunderstandings and guarantees the highest quality.
