QWERTY Portuguese

The QWERTY Portuguese keyboard is used in Portugal and is adapted to the Portuguese language. The Enter/Return key is L-shaped and the left Shift key is smaller because there is an extra key next to it. Characteristic of this layout is the separate Ç key, which is located to the right of the L. Additionally, there are special accent keys for the tilde (~), the circumflex (^), and the accent aigu (´). By pressing an accent key first and then a vowel, you can type letters such as ã, õ, â, ê, ô, á, é, í, ó and ú. Some punctuation marks and special characters are also placed differently than on other QWERTY keyboards.
