Invoxia: GPS Trackers | Pet tracker | Car tracker

Are you thinking of buying a GPS tracker to locate your valuables? Then you've come to the right blog post! Together, we're going to discover how to easily track your children's movements and movements, locate your vehicles in case of theft, and know where your pets are if they get lost or stay away for a long time!

GPS tracker Invoxia: How does it work?

The invoxia GPS tracker is a handy gadget to locate your belongings, it sends you anti-theft alerts to alert you in case of suspicious movements on your vehicles, children and even pets.

You define safety zones through the application and the tracker does the rest! It tells you when the tracker goes in or out of the area with perfect accuracy. All this is accessible through the application. You can also track the tracker's route.

With a life span of 6 months, you don't have to worry about the battery suddenly running out. Moreover, you get a notification when the battery is low.

Network coverage is FREE for 3 years and a SIM card is not even needed to enjoy it. The 3-year subscription is included in the invoxia package.

GPS Tracking and Tracing

Invoxia's GPS Tracker allows you to track your valuables with no distance limit directly from Invoxia's GPS application on your smartphone. The GPS Tracker transmits its position every 5 to 10 minutes when it is in motion (depending on your settings). Track the tracker's movement history through the Invoxia tracking app.

Geofencing and anti-theft detection.

Set up alert zones and receive a notification when the tracker enters and/or leaves these zones. Activate anti-theft alerts to get notified if your stationary vehicle moves and/or tilts (30 degrees).

GPS Beacon Accuracy

The Invoxia GPS Tracker can update its position every 5 or 10 minutes depending on your settings. It is not accurate to say that it is a real-time GPS tracker - with a GPS accuracy of 25 m. You can make the tracker ring via Bluetooth to find it easily.

Networks used by the Invoxia GPS plotter

Outside France and Switzerland, the Invoxia tracker uses the Sigfox RC1 network. Check out the coverage at the link: https://www.sigfox.com/en/coverage. Note that Invoxia uses the Sigfox Europe RC1 network.
We recommend using the Invoxia tracker only in the following countries: France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland (including Northern Ireland), England, Denmark and Italy (only the main cities in the north, Rome and Naples).

In France, however, the Invoxia tracker uses the low-threshold LoRa network (operated by Objenious of Bouygues Telecom).

Unlike most GPS beacons on the market that use GSM, these networks do not require SIM cards and the subscription is included and free for the first 3 years. From the fourth year, the subscription costs only € 9.99 per year.

As these networks are rolled out, it is important that the customer checks their local coverage before purchasing the product.

Network constraints

Invoxia's trackers will not be able to function optimally in the following situations because they prevent the trackers from communicating with the network

  • If the tracker is placed in a metal enclosure
  • In dense forests, hills, or mountains
  • When the tracker is moving at high speed

Consult here the coverage of the network used by Invoxia (called Sixfox): https://www.sigfox.com/en/coverage

Blue: The tracker is working optimally

Violet: The plotter is working, but not optimally.
