Does Ringo work when the bottle is empty?
- Yes! Ringo is designed to work as a secure holder whether the bottle is empty or full. The bottle is stable enough to hold an iPad when the bottle is empty.
Is Ringo compatible with my device?
- Ringo works perfectly with all MagSafe iPhones and cases that use MagSafe technology.
- MagSafe technology is built into every iPhone 12 (launched in 2020) and above, so you don't need anything other than your phone to use Ringo™.
- Doesn't your device have MagSafe? No worries you can buy a Magnetic booster Ring separately!
Is the magnetic ring included?
- No. Because Ringo uses MagSafe technology, a Magnetic Booster Ring is not necessary for many users.
- The Magnetic Booster Ring is an optional addition for users who do not have MagSafe built into their phone or case.

Can Ringo go in the dishwasher?
- Yes. Ringo's bottle is made of premium double-walled vacuum-insulated stainless steel. It has a powder coating that is highly resistant - the same as all other top brands, to ensure that the product is scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe and durable.
- The silver colour has no powder coating - it has a fingerprint-resistant glossy coating and is just as scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe and durable as the other colours.
- To keep your Ringo lid in the best condition, we recommend washing it by hand. It's just one piece - unlike other bottles that have multiple parts that need to be taken apart to clean properly.
How long will Ringo keep my drinks hot or cold?
- Ringo will keep your drink cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours thanks to its double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle.
