The i-Tec USB A / USB-C 4K Dual Display is a multifunctional docking station that offers your laptop or tablet a lot of extra connections. It's ideal if you want to use multiple screens, set up a wired internet connection or connect peripherals. Thanks to the power delivery function, you can charge your laptop via a USB-C cable (up to 85W). The Thunderbolt hub from i-Tec also supports 2x 4K screens or 1x 5K monitor. In addition, the Dual Display 4K Docking Station features an integrated network port for connection to the LAN network, USB ports and audio and microphone support.

Connect 3 monitors to the Macbook Pro 2020 M1

It is a problem that we often hear about. You have a Macbook Pro 2020 with M1 chip and would like to connect multiple screens. Unfortunately, the M1 chip only supports one screen / monitor. By using this docking station from i-Tec you can connect yes three screens to your Macbook Pro 2020 with M1 chip. The docking station is equipped with a special video card. If you want to use two or three monitors, you can connect them via the Display Port and / or HDMI input on the docking station. The HDMI and Display Port use the built-in video card that is required for the Macbook Pro 2020 M1 (DisplayLink technology). The docking station is certified by Apple and therefore works seamlessly with your Macbook Pro M1. 

The resolution of the monitors depends on how many you connect to your laptop. Use one 4k / 60Hz display or two 4k / 30Hz displays or combine both for three (   / 60Hz &two 4k / 30Hz) displays. The 5k resolution of this docking station is unfortunately not supported by MacOs, only Windows.
